Graduation Show bachelors 2026

From July 2 through 5, the city centre of Groningen will be transformed into a large exhibition space during the Graduation Show featuring the work of the bachelors students at Minerva Art Academy.

More than 200 graduates are presenting their work to the public, ranging from visual arts and design to art education.

For four years, these students have been working on their development as creators, researchers, and designers. During the Graduation Show, you’ll see the results: unique projects, installations, performances, and visual narratives that demonstrate how they engage with today’s world.

Graduation Shop & Bar – de Lopende Band - by Kunstkantine x Metro C  
Want to reminisce this years show a little longer? Or just need a pick me up with a drink and some bites? Buy artworks from graduated students (from the bachelors and masters!) in our Graduation Shop & Bar! We’ve teamed up with Kunstkantine and Metro C to create a hang-out full of art. Fun fact: Metro C is a collective of last years Academie Minerva graduates, we couldn’t be more proud.

Finissage
On Sunday 5 July, a closing event will take place from 12.00 noon in the building on Gedempte Zuiderdiep, featuring a short opening speech and an opportunity to network. You are very welcome to attend!

During the show, several students will be performing. You can find the full schedule below. This programme is subject to change; students will communicate any updates themselves via their own channels. 

The Graduation Show is free to the public and open to anyone curious about the creators of the future, from art lovers and prospective students to professionals in the field.
