A Formula for Memorable Public Interiors

        Is there a building you can easily revisit in your memory? Why do we remember certain spaces better than others? 
        With my project, I am trying to find an answer to these questions. I decided to focus on memories of public spaces. I often tend to overcomplicate things, and this is where the idea of solving a difficult concept in a simple way comes from. Memory is a complex phenomenon that depends on psychology, perception, and neuroscience. Public buildings themselves are also great architectural puzzles. So I asked myself:

“Can a universal design formula be created that makes public spaces memorable?”

        I imagine the formula as a guideline that could support me throughout my future career, as it is still in development and requires real-life testing and further refinement before reaching its final form. Once it becomes more defined through testing, I hope to share this formula with other spatial designers as well, allowing it to inspire and generate many memorable public buildings long after its development. This project explores that question through architectural analysis, spatial research, and design experimentation, aiming to understand whether such a formula is truly possible.
