I'm Leon, an artist based in Amsterdam. My preferred mediums are performance and photography.
Have you felt it before?
Maybe I felt it for the first time when I locked myself in my room wearing my mother's high heels, smearing on her lipstick, wrapping a scarf around my head like long hair, staging my own world tour in the mirror.
I actually might have felt it even earlier.
I just knew something inside of me wanted out.
Something inside of me craved an audience.
What is “real”?

A story about comfort and escape through pop culture, about success and failure in your mid-twenties, and about the beautiful catastrophe of trying to figure yourself out in front of an audience.
