The spark begins in the space between the tangible and the imagined, where landscapes are no longer confined to physical forms but expand into infinite possibilities. Drawn to the quiet forces that exist beyond the structured world, I navigate shifting boundaries between silence and speech, self and world, present and memory through my paintings. In a time of relentless communication, it's easy to drift untethered through ideas. It's in these moments of disconnection that I seek refuge by observing: what is not myself, and yet leads me back inward.

Each painting begins with an anchor: a trace of earth, a fleeting interaction, a fragment of memory—all existing in instant moments. Paintings continue with gestures both instinctive and intentional, forming an engraving that transcends borders and dives into a space of quiet expansion.

It's a slow, attentive, and quiet act of remembering: what flickers before language, what vanishes if not held. Through wandering, forms are found. Through stillness, movements are found. My paintings don't claim to explain, but to dwell—in the spaces between.
