Balance in body and spaces

The publication explores the theme of how we can feel space in relation to the body and how we can find a balance in that interaction. Rather than something to be understood, it's meant to be experienced and felt. 

By going through it, the publication becomes a space itself: each layer and each movement of opening the pages creates new compositions, breaking the boundaries of graphic design, movement and our surroundings. It's about reflecting on how we take up space, how we move in it and what we create with that interaction of body and space. It's about being aware of how we are in constant dialogue with spaces and how they influence us, what kind of balance lies in those new shapes we create. 

My practice focuses on translating observations and emotions into visual forms, creating a work that invites reflection, balancing the poetic and the internal with the outside world. Balance in my work is present in the compositions I build and the spaces I shape within the page.
