Waar haal je het gore lef vandaan?

With my project “Where do you get the audacity?”, I want to highlight positive boldness. Soon, I’ll be stepping into the “real world.” To do that, I needed an extra dose of courage. For my research, I spoke with people who have an entrepreneurial spirit and asked them where they got their courage from. I then explored what drives me and gives me courage. My final project therefore serves as a kind of altar that gives me that final push, but also provides guidance when I lose sight of my own motivation. 

I built a life-size cow with a unicorn and wings, simply because I felt like it. In doing so, the work challenges the idea that art must always have a deeper meaning or social relevance. By bringing this cow to life, I found the sheer guts I was looking for.
