Forgotten wisdom

A wandering mind isn't the issue. The issue is not being able to use it correctly. While the "typical" brain looks for logic, the neurodiverse mind looks for the illogical, for things that don't make sense.

Jo's work focuses on human connections through recycled-material sculptures and various lens-based media approaches. These installations transform hyperfixation into meditation, creating spaces where sensitivity becomes insight. Influenced by Romani heritage, it invites visitors to question societal constructs that have marginalized different ways of thinking.

This work makes us wonder if having different ways of seeing the world isn't just something we underestimate today—it's something we truly can't live without. It suggests that our collective survival has always depended on minds that see the world through a neurodivergent perspective.
