RED CORAL
Artist Jianshun Jin creates detailed black and white illustrations and comics, drawing inspiration from Japanese horror manga like the works of Junji Ito and Masaaki Nakayama. Jianshun's art often depicts grotesque figures and unsettling imagery. He believes that understanding our fears is key to understanding ourselves, and he aims to evoke a deep sense of unease in readers, encouraging them to confront their anxieties and paranoia—ultimately learning from them and finding reconciliation.

Red Coral follows two students investigating a string of animal deaths in a local lake area. However, their search soon turns into a waking nightmare as they're confronted by groups of mutated animals and an unknown disease slowly eating away at their bodies and minds.
