Are there seats available?

Our venues are standing-room only as standard. Seats are only available for specific performances. Do you have difficulty walking? Email us at [email protected] and we’ll arrange a seat for you (limited availability).

Yes, there are several accessible toilets available in our building.

Hearing protection

You can purchase Alpine earplugs from the vending machine in the foyer and from our bar staff; these reduce the noise level by 20dB. The earplugs are black and comfortable, with a universal fit. You can use them up to 100 times. You can get a set from the vending machine for €5.
Our advice: wear earplugs with a music filter during our concerts, keep a safe distance from the speakers and give your ears a rest in between!

At Neushoorn, we provide lockers that you can pay for by debit card and open and use as you wish throughout the event.
Backpacks are not permitted in the auditoriums. Small handbags no larger than A4 size and approximately 10 cm thick are permitted. Would you like to know more? Please visit Neushoorn.nl/lockers

Drinks at the bar can only be paid for by debit card. Would you still like to pay for your drinks in cash? If so, please visit our reception. There, you can purchase a card and top it up with cash. You can then use this card to pay at the bar by swiping it like a debit card (without entering a PIN). Any remaining credit will not be refunded; cards remain valid and can therefore be used again on your next visit.
