You upload your portfolio, starting with motivation letter and bio/CV, as one merged PDF file of max. 50 Mb. The admissions committee is international, so all texts need to be in English. Dutch applicants can indicate in advance if they prefer to deliver the documents in Dutch, by sending an e-mail to [email protected].
The portfolio must consist of an overview of your recent (no older than 4 years), relevant artwork.
Please give insight in the working process by including sketches, process pictures etc. There is no fixed format for the portfolio. The amount of works to be included should be between 10 and 40 works, maximum of 40 pages (digital A4). It is advisable that the portfolio shows diversity and preferably different mediums. The photographs in the portfolio should give a clear representation of the original artworks. Please make sure all works are accompanied by relevant information: title, date, used materials and dimensions. Videos may be admitted by providing a still image and a link to an online video service (Vimeo or YouTube).

Letter of Motivation
The letter of motivation should give insight into your arguments for choosing Minerva Fine Art and your ambition as a (future) artist. Requirements: 500 - 800 words and max. 1 page (digital A4).
Resume/Bio
In the resume/bio you include your previous education and, if applicable, job experience, exhibitions and anything that might be relevant. Requirements: max. 1 page (digital A4), previous education.
